inFlow Inventory in 3 minutes

Spreadsheets slow you down

Inventory spreadsheets are tedious. You have to update them manually and they’re notoriously hard to read.

Hassle-free inventory

inFlow displays current stock and orders beautifully, making it easier for you to see important information at a glance.

Get stuff done anywhere

With your orders and inventory online and accessible from any device, you can get the job done from anywhere.

Three ways to speed up work

Triage orders based on inventory

Filter orders by what’s due or what you can fulfill now, so you’ll always know what to work on next. Buy and print shipping labels from 50+ carriers and let your customers pay you online (US and Canada only).

All your orders in one place

inFlow isn’t just for inventory. Track the cost of each purchase and see the profit on each sales order. You can even connect your ecommerce and accounting platforms to automate more of your work.

See stock levels at a glance

Look at a product in inFlow to see if it’s in stock, which aisle or bin to get it from, and whether it’s been reserved. You can also add details to help you identify the right product, like pictures, measurements, and more.

Track stock across locations

Whether you keep products in a back room or a 20,000 square-foot warehouse, you’ll have the tools you need to track inventory from location to location. Scan to check stock, send and confirm transfers, and complete full inventory counts.

Get notified ahead of time

Reorder points and notifications help you see when stock is getting too low, so you can take action before you run out. Never miss another sale due to a stockout.

Restock how you want

Control reordering for each product at each location at your business. You’ll have full control over what to reorder and where it should go. If you need to restock a satellite location from a main warehouse, you can set that up, too.

Barcoding

In-depth support for barcodes

Competing inventory software might let you scan, but they often leave you to figure out the rest of the barcode system yourself.
In contrast, inFlow offers everything you need to generate, design, print—and of course, scan—barcodes.

Create barcodes or QR code labels

inFlow Label Designer lets you create professional barcode labels with a quick drag-and-drop. Since inFlow already has your product details, it's easy to add prices, location names, and more.

Print and scan

inFlow supports virtually any label printer on the market (like a DYMO or Zebra). And you can use USB scanners, smartphones, or our rugged Smart Scanner, to check stock, fulfill, or receive.

Showroom

Simplify B2B sales with Showroom

B2B sales usually involve a lot of manual work, like calling clients and emailing invoices so you can get paid. Showroom streamlines B2B sales so you can focus on fulfilling orders.

In just a few clicks you can send customers an online catalog with stock levels, pictures, pricing, and more.

A catalog that keeps up

You can create a showroom with all of the product information you already have in inFlow. And because each showroom is synced with inFlow, you can automatically update your catalog whenever you add new products.

Take B2B orders online

Create a private showroom that's customized to each customer—with pricing and products just for them. Your customers can pay for their orders online (US and Canada only), and you'll see the new sales come right into inFlow.
