Who is eligible for the discount on inFlow Inventory?

inFlow v2 was sunset in 2014 and is no longer supported or available for download.

inFlow v3, a.k.a.. inFlow On-Premise, was sunset on July 31, 2024.

If you own either of these verisons of inFlow, then you are eligible for a discount on inFlow Inventory (our cloud-based inventory software).

What's the difference between inFlow Inventory and inFlow On-Premise?

inFlow Inventory

gives you access to four apps available on Windows, iPhone, Android and web apps. All your data is securely stored on our servers. Pay by monthly (or annual) subscription with support included.

inFlow On-Premise

is only available for Windows. All your data is stored on your own local network. One-time license cost, plus optional support plans.

How many sales orders are included?

Each inFlow plan includes a set number of sales orders based on your billing cycle (monthly or annual). If you exceed the number of included orders, inFlow will simply charge a nominal rate for the extra orders as follows:

$0.20/order for Entrepreneur
$0.15/order for Small Business
$0.10/order for Mid-Size

$0.05/order for Enterprise

Your sales order limit resets monthly or annually based on your billing cycle.

How are the four inFlow Inventory platforms different?

inFlow Inventory for Windows

is a fully-featured desktop app that connects to the cloud.

inFlow Inventory for iPhone or Android

are mobile apps that let you manage products and orders, adjust and transfer stock, and use your device as a barcode scanner.

inFlow Inventory for Web

is a companion app that lets you see your inventory and manage your inFlow Inventory account.

You have access to all four platforms with your trial or subscription. All four share the same data.

Is there a money back guarantee?

Yes! You have 30 days after you first subscribe to a plan to get a full refund. We want to make sure you’re going to love what inFlow Inventory can do for your business.

Can multiple people use inFlow?

inFlow Inventory

gives your company unlimited products and customers. Each plan comes with at least two team members, and you can scale your plans up and down depending on how many sales orders you create per month.

inFlow On-Premise

lets you create an unlimited number of user accounts. However, you will need extra licenses to allow more than one person to use inFlow at a time. For example, 2 licenses means 2 people can read and write data at once.

Can I use both inFlow Inventory and inFlow On-Premise?

Sorry, the simple answer is this is a one-way change.

You can try inFlow Inventory while using inFlow On-Premise, but your data will not sync between the two products.

You can migrate your data from On-Premise to inFlow Inventory, but not the other way around. 

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

inFlow Inventory plans can be upgraded or downgraded anytime.

You cannot move a database from inFlow Inventory back to On-Premise after switching, but you can export your data to CSV at any time.

Will my data be safe in the cloud?

Your data is stored in the cloud, safe and secured with 256-bit SSL encryption backed by Microsoft Azure.

What if I want to cancel inFlow Inventory?

There are no contracts so you can cancel anytime. If you cancel within your first 30 days, you get a full refund. There are no refunds after 30 days–we simply stop charging you and you get to use inFlow Inventory for whatever remaining time you have.

Are there any limitations to inFlow Inventory?

There are some considerations when you switch to inFlow Inventory.

  1. If you are already using inFlow On-Premise version 3 or higher, you can migrate your existing database to the inFlow Inventory. Note that it’s a one-way migration (you can’t go from inFlow Inventory back to On-Premise).
  2. If you’re coming from inFlow v2, you’ll need to upgrade to an On-Premise database, and then migrate to inFlow Inventory.
  3. inFlow Inventory is only offered in English.
  4. You can enjoy a full feature set with inFlow for Windows, but a more limited set of features right now on web, iPhone and Android apps. Expect ongoing releases that add more functionality to web and mobile.
