Trouble migrating/transferring inFlow On-Premise backup
If you’re getting the error “Something went wrong with the migration” when uploading your inFlow On-Premise database to inFlow Inventory, please ensure that your backup file name does not contain any special characters like periods and commas.

To fix this, rename your backup. It should only contain letters, numbers, and/or underscores “_.”

When renaming the file, remove the “,” and “.” to have the backup file be named

inFlow_Backup_20170914_1517_v352_YummyFoodStore.ifz | will properly migrate to inFlow Inventory. |
Once you’ve renamed your backup file, try the migration process once again.
