Where to find inFlow account invoices
If you’ve renewed your inFlow subscription and would like an invoice, you can access your invoices anytime by logging into your account on inFlow Inventory for Web.
Billing history
inFlow invoices
- Log into inFlow with an administrator account and go to inFlow’s Account settings. (Main Menu>Options> Select the Account tab.)
- Click on Manage billing. You’ll be redirected to the inFlow billing portal.
- Select Billing history, and download the desired invoice.
Older invoices are missing
If some of your invoices are missing from Manage billing, then you can find them in the Legacy billing history > Show legacy invoices. You can find this below your inFlow plan details on the inFlow Account page.
I don’t see manage billing
Manage billing and invoices are only available to administrators of your inFlow account. If you do not see the Manage billing button, then you may need to reach out to your admin for this information.

Legacy billing history
inFlow invoices
- Log into inFlow with an administrator account, and go to inFlow’s Account settings. (Main Menu>Options> Select the Account tab.)
- Scroll down until you see Billing history. There, you’ll find an invoice for every payment made, from the most to the least recent. Click on Show more to view older invoices.
Please note: invoices are only available to inFlow administrators.
Help! I’m not seeing any invoices!
Invoices are only available to administrators of your inFlow account. If you do not see any billing history, then you may need to reach out to your admin for this information.
